About project

BigTravel CRM is an internal operations panel for a travel company. The interface helps managers work with orders in a calendar, filter requests by countries, services, and assignees, quickly navigate the schedule, and run daily workflows in one workspace.

Achievements

• Designed a CRM interface around the workflow of travel company managers
• Built a calendar-based order workflow with filters
• Prepared the section structure for orders, clients, funnel, quick replies, and reports
• Set up the web panel architecture with separated frontend/backend layers and integration APIs
